This is a great, ambitious schedule. I ran the Broad Street Run as my first race and it was a good one. Too crowded, but not overly hilly.
You've got a big year ahead of you!
This looks great. I think it helps so much to get it all lined up. I hope to be able to do a full Mary too. Keep at it!!
I hope your foot gets better. I does sound like early PF. At least it doesn't hurt all the time. Have you tried one of those socks that keeps your foot cocked while you sleep? I heard they work but don't have first hand experience.
Hey Rob, I love your blog! I'm training for a 1/2 Marathon in March and your site is inspirational- I check back every week! Keep up the good work, man!
Hey Rob!
I just came across your site. I also lost a lot of weight (60 pounds). Last year I ran my first marathon with Team in Training! I ran the marine corps marathon. Your schedule looks great! There are a few of us that run races together. All of us are at your pace. Let me know if you want to join us sometime. You can reach me at monicamariewilliams@yahoo.com. For me having others to run with makes it more fun. Congrats on your weight loss, keep up the great work, and I love the blog.
Monica
