A little run today. I was just looking for a groove today and not so worried about time. Tomorrow I will do a few miles on the hills to work on speed. But today, not so much.

Mile 1: 12:42
Mile 2: 12:31
Mile 3: 12:34
Mile 3.5: 12:01 pace

Not bad just putting in paces today.

Weight check today was 255. Not too bad but not great. I am at the point where exercise is not enough. I will be working on a more comprehensive diet plan over the next couple of weeks. Everyone have fun out there.

well you met your goal on the weight loss, so dont be so hard on yourself. Last month you said you wanted a 4lb loss, and that is what you achieved. thats great! a diet plan is probably a good idea, but dont be so hard on yourself. Great job!

Laura's right - if you hit your target, be proud of yourself.

Look at the big picture - you're down almost 40lbs since January - that's like losing a leg or something. You've dropped a leg! Ok, that's just weird.... aaaanyway...

Great job. I'm in the same boat (not 255, but you know what I mean). I am going to have to finally decide to overhaul the diet. 13 weeks of training, stronger, better cardio, but only have lost a pound or two.
